Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SN Logics website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
SN Logics provides digital agency services including custom software development, business automation, digital marketing, video editing, UI/UX design, and IT consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of all custom deliverables created specifically for their project. SN Logics retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in the development process. Portfolio rights: SN Logics may display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. Standard terms require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of a project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, user data, and any other information marked as confidential.
Limitation of Liability
SN Logics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Warranties
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. All deliverables will meet the specifications agreed upon in the project scope. We provide a 30-day warranty on delivered work for bug fixes and minor adjustments.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits paid are non-refundable for work already performed.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
